Abstract

|
Synovial sarcoma is a very rare and highly malignant tumor, at the paraarticular regions, usually in close association with tendon sheaths, bursae, and joint capsules.
The authors have experienced a case of synovial sarcoma associated with multiple exostosis, affecting the knee joint of 33 years old man.
